By booking travel services through Wakastart Travel & Tours, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to use our platform in a lawful manner. All bookings are subject to availability and final confirmation.

 

2. Booking & Payment
Full payment or an agreed deposit is required to secure your booking.

Prices quoted are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, government taxes, fuel surcharges, or other factors beyond our control.

Bookings are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Wakastart Travel & Tours.

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the terms of the airline, hotel, or other service provider.

Wakastart Travel & Tours charges a processing fee for all cancellations.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14–30 business days depending on the provider’s policy.

 

4. Passports, Visas & Travel Documents
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure all required documents (passport, visas, health certificates, etc.) are valid and up to date.

Wakastart Travel & Tours offers assistance but is not responsible for visa denials, delays, or any consequences arising from improper documentation.

 

5. Liability Disclaimer
Wakastart Travel & Tours acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other service providers. We are not liable for any injury, loss, delay, or damage incurred in connection with any travel service. Travel involves inherent risks, and clients assume full responsibility for their choices.

 

6. Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries, accommodations, or services when necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or the best interest of travelers. We will notify clients of significant changes as early as possible.

 

7. Travel Insurance
Wakastart Travel & Tours strongly recommends all travelers obtain travel insurance to cover unexpected events, medical expenses, cancellations, or lost luggage.

 

8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and images on our website are the property of Wakastart Travel & Tours. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

 

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
